Use Your HSA/FSA Funds

Haven Of Heat has partnered with TrueMed to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This means you may be eligible to buy your favorite wellness products with pre-tax dollars, resulting in net savings of 30-40%.

How It Works:

1. Fill your cart

Add your item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Fill in your shipping and contact information

3. Choose "TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA" under "Payment method"

Then Click "Continue"

4. Complete TrueMed health assessment

You'll take a quick 3-minute survey to determine whether you qualify to use HSA/FSA funds for your specific purchase.

5. Enter payment info

You can choose to pay directly from your HSA/FSA card or use your credit card. If you use your credit card, TrueMed will provide instructions to submit the purchase for reimbursement after checkout.

6. Medical evaluation

A licensed medical professional will review your health assessment. If approved, they will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). If you paid with your HSA/FSA card, there's nothing else you need to do except keep the letter for your records. If you paid with a regular credit card, TrueMed will send you instructions on how to get reimbursed through your HSA/FSA administrator.

7. Order confirmation and savings

Once approved, you'll receive an order confirmation and enjoy savings of 30-40% on your order!

3. Complete the health assessment and enter your HSA/FSA card details.
4. Finalize your purchase and enjoy your savings!

Option 2: If Your HSA/FSA Card Doesn't Have Sufficient Funds

1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Select "TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment option.
3. Complete the health assessment. If approved, you'll receive your Letter of Medical Necessity.
4. Use a personal credit card or PayPal to complete your purchase.
5. Submit your LMN and receipts to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
