Refund and Return Guidelines
At Haven Of Heat, your satisfaction is important to us! We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read the following carefully to understand our refund and cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled up until they are shipped, except for custom or made-to-order products which cannot be canceled. Depending on where your order is at in the fulfillment process, there may be cancellation fees to cover costs already incurred for fulfillment. We will always provide you the maximum refund possible.

Refund Policy
- Most orders can be canceled for a full refund within 5 days of purchase, with the exception of custom or made-to-order products which typically cannot be canceled once ordered.
- If your payment has been processed, the associated payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees (typically range from 3-10%) are retained by the payment processor and will be deducted from the refund amount. TrueMed payments process as soon as the order is placed. Other payment methods process within 7 days from order placement.
- Orders canceled, returned or refused after shipping are subject to payment processing fees, restocking fees, and shipping fees in both directions which can be significant.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address or phone number leads to a failed delivery, shipping and restocking fees will apply.
- A minimum of 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Only unused & uninstalled products in original packaging can be returned. If the order was shipped via LTL Freight, then the original pallet & shipping materials must be retained to allow for return shipping.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or canceled once ordered. Sauna wood cannot be returned.
To request a refund, email us at info@havenofheat.com with your order number, and we will send you the necessary authorization form and return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after our warehouse receives, inspects, and restocks the product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resellable products in the original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Email info@havenofheat.com to request a return authorization, including your name, order #, and explanation. Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all parts including original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping and handling costs.
Once we receive and inspect the items, a refund will be granted to the original payment method once confirmed that the items are returned in new condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Some products may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer restrictions. Please contact us for specific information regarding your product.
Agreement
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge the following:
- Inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage with photos within 24 hours.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees for refunds or exchanges.
- Products must be returned unopened and unused, and restocking fees may apply.
- No full refunds will be issued for orders that have left the warehouse.
- Return and restocking fees may apply for returned orders.
- We are not responsible for any installation or labor costs related to the setup, removal, or reinstallation of products, including in cases of malfunction or warranty replacement.
- We are also not responsible for any disposal fees or costs associated with removing or replacing damaged or broken items after delivery.
Shipping Damages
Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description to info@havenofheat.com. We will process a claim on your behalf. Resolution typically consists of replacement of the damaged part(s).
Warranty
Our products are covered by the original manufacturer warranty and vary by product. We can provide a copy of the manufacturer warranty upon request. Warranty claims are filed with the manufacturer.
Disputing Charges
Please contact us to resolve any concerns before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you within the framework of the above policy. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft.
