Can I use the infrared and traditional heaters at the same time?

They must be used separately. Most of our customers start off their sauna session with the high temperature traditional heater to get a good sweat on and then finish with the deep penetrating calmer infrared panels to fully relax their muscles. If you pair that with a cold plunge afterwards - you have yourself a superhero wellness package.

What is the maximum temperature the sauna reaches?

The maximum temperature of this sauna model's traditional heater is ~200 degrees Fahrenheit and the Infrared Panels are ~140 degrees.

How long and how many people does assembly take?

It takes about an hour for one to two people to assemble. It comes in a partially pre-assembled kit to make assembly a breeze. Check out the installation manual to get a good visual of the process. The electric heater must be hardwired by a certified electrician.

Does it need to be vented?

No, there are dedicated vents built in for proper air circulation.

What is the operation cost?

The cost depends on the frequency of use, the duration, and the price per consumed kWh charged by your electricity provider. On average, using this infrared sauna 5 times a week for 30 minutes raises the monthly electricity bill by approximately $20.

What is the difference between NEAR, MID, and FAR Infrared and what is Full Spectrum?

FAR Infrared has the longest wavelength and penetrates the deepest into the body tissue, reaching the adipose tissue (fatty tissue) and activating the sweat glands. The sweat glands are one of the only mechanisms that the body has to eliminate toxins.

MID Infrared penetrates the body tissue leading to increased blood flow and circulation and reduces muscle and joint pain.

NEAR Infrared generates the most heat to your body, has a lower micron level, and penetrates the epidermis layer of the skin leading to improved cell health, renewal of skin, tissue growth, and inflammation reduction.

Full Spectrum includes NEAR, MID, and FAR Infrared, so you get the full range of infrared health benefits, including lowered blood pressure, increased blood circulation, and sweating out heavy metals and toxins from the body, resulting in a healthier lifestyle.

Are your saunas safe and do they have any certifications?

They have been scrutinized and tested at the highest levels and have all the major certifications which include ETL, CETL, and CE. All of our saunas are 100% wood, with no laminates and no toxic glues. In fact, the interior of our saunas is blind nailed (no nail heads showing) and smooth sanded by hand. Before we ship your sauna, our friendly customer service team will contact you with all the shipment details and discuss any unique delivery needs, such as tricky property access that could lead to extra costs. For your convenience, we've summarized the delivery process below to keep you well-informed and ready for your sauna's arrival!

Types of Shipments

Smaller Shipments (LTL - Less-Than-Truckload): Commonly used for small to medium-sized saunas, ensuring secure transportation without requiring a full truckload.

Flatbed Truck Delivery: For larger sauna cabins, these expansive trucks accommodate significant dimensions and weight.

The Packaging

Your eagerly awaited sauna kit will be expertly packaged and securely delivered on one or two pallets, depending on its size, ensuring its integrity and safety throughout the transit process.

Scheduling Your Delivery

We make sure your sauna arrives when it's most convenient for you! Every sauna shipment requires a pre-arranged delivery appointment. Once your sauna arrives at a shipping terminal near your location, the carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery. This means your sauna will never just randomly appear at your location; you'll always be informed and integrated into the delivery timeline.

What to Expect at the Time of Delivery

  • Liftgate Service: No need for heavy lifting! The delivery driver will use the liftgate service to lower the pallet(s) safely to ground level, ensuring an effortless offloading process for you.

  • Curbside Delivery: The standard delivery protocol is to leave the sauna kit at a curbside location. It's important to note that standard delivery does not include carrying the shipment to your door.

Post-Delivery Steps

  1. Documentation: Document the unboxing process with photographs. This can be instrumental if any disputes regarding damages arise. Let us know immediately if you see any damage on the packaging.

  2. Inspect: Once unboxed, thoroughly inspect the sauna for any potential damages and verify that all components are present. Spot any issues? Contact us immediately!

  3. Assembly: Using the manufacturer's guide, begin the setup. Depending on the sauna kit, you may need to hire an installer.

  4. Testing: After assembly, power up the sauna. Check its controls, temperature, and ensure all components function seamlessly.
