Sweat Kingdom builds traditional cedar saunas in East Idaho — handcrafted in-house rather than mass-produced or imported overseas. Every unit is made from premium Western Red Cedar and built around real, rock-and-water traditional heat that reaches 170–200°F, the range associated with cardiovascular and recovery benefits in long-term Finnish sauna research. Because Sweat Kingdom controls the entire build, quality stays consistent and warranty support comes straight from the manufacturer. Every Sweat Kingdom sauna at Haven of Heat ships free with 0% APR financing available, backed by our US-based support team.
The Sweat Pod — Sweat Kingdom's most popular compact sauna, available in 1–2 person and 4-person sizes plus an all-weather Blackout edition. Indoor/outdoor rated with a space-efficient footprint that fits patios, garages, and home gyms. Browse all pod saunas.
The Sweat Cabin — A 4-person traditional sauna with a large picture window, offered in 6' and 7' interior wall heights and a Blackout edition. The 6-person Sweat Cabin Deluxe scales it up with dual windows and an L-bench layout. See more cabin saunas.
The Summit — Sweat Kingdom's outdoor-rated unit in 2, 4, and 6 person sizes, with a pitched steel roof built to shed snow and stand up to four-season weather. Explore all outdoor saunas and outdoor traditional saunas.
Start with capacity and placement. The Sweat Pod fits tight spaces and patios; the Sweat Cabin and Cabin Deluxe suit buyers who want more room, natural light, and standing clearance (choose the 7' wall height for the most headroom); and the Summit is purpose-built for year-round outdoor use. Indoor or covered installs work with any model, while the Summit's steel roof makes it the easiest pick for a fully exposed backyard. Not sure what heater size you need? Use our sauna heater sizing tool, or read the Sauna Learning Center for buying and installation guides.
Where are Sweat Kingdom saunas made?
In East Idaho, USA. They're handcrafted in-house from locally sourced Western Red Cedar rather than imported or mass-produced, which lets Sweat Kingdom control build quality and handle warranty claims directly.
Are Sweat Kingdom saunas traditional or infrared?
Traditional. An electric heater warms a bed of sauna stones to 170–200°F, and you pour water over the rocks for löyly (steam). These are not infrared saunas. To compare, browse our traditional saunas and infrared saunas.
Can I install one indoors and outdoors?
The Sweat Pod, Sweat Cabin (including Blackout editions), and Cabin Deluxe are rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The Summit is outdoor-rated and includes a pitched steel roof for snow and rain.
Which heater should I choose?
The Harvia KIP (knob or WiFi), HUUM Drop (WiFi), and Homecraft Revive (WiFi) are all available options and include sauna stones. Choose a WiFi heater to preheat from your phone, or select "No Heater" to use one you already own. See all WiFi-controlled heaters.
What electrical do I need?
A 240V dedicated circuit hardwired by a licensed electrician — typically a 40A breaker with 8/3 wire for a 6kW heater (the 1–2 person Sweat Pod) and a 50A breaker with 6/3 wire for 8–9kW heaters (all other models). Most installations run $500–$1,500 depending on distance to your panel.
How hard is assembly?
Sweat Kingdom saunas ship as modular kits that two to three people can assemble in a few hours with basic tools — and the Summit needs no saw at all. Prefer a hands-off setup? Add professional assembly when you order.
What warranty comes with a Sweat Kingdom sauna?
A 3-year limited warranty covering materials and workmanship, handled directly by Sweat Kingdom, plus a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
