Find the Perfect Sauna for Your Space

Use our simple tool to find the ideal sauna based on your space and preferences. Select between infrared and traditional saunas, then customize your search with dimensions, capacity, and features to get personalized recommendations.

Follow the steps below to get started!

Infrared Saunas
Traditional Saunas

Step 1: Number of People

Choose the number of people who will regularly use the sauna. Pro tip: opt for a larger size (like a 3-4 person model) if you want the option to lie down and stretch out in the sauna.

Step 2: Maximum Sauna Dimensions (in inches)

Enter the largest dimensions your sauna can be. Results will show saunas that fit within these limits, ranked from closest to your maximum size.

Step 3: EMF Level

EMF (Electromagnetic Field) levels are measured 6-8 inches from the heating panels. All our saunas are safe and well below harmful levels:

  • Low (6-10 mG): Most affordable option, typical for infrared saunas, and perfectly safe for everyday use.
  • Ultra Low (Under 3 mG): Lower exposure for added peace of mind, still budget-friendly.
  • Near Zero (Under 2 mG): Lowest possible EMF for those most sensitive or concerned about exposure, with premium features.
Choose 'Low' for the best value, or 'Near Zero' if minimizing EMF is your top priority.

Step 4: Infrared Type

FAR Infrared: Penetrates deep into tissue to boost sweating and detoxify—great for relaxation and cleansing.
Full Spectrum: Includes FAR (detox and relaxation), plus NEAR (skin health, reduced inflammation) and MID (better circulation, pain relief) for a complete wellness experience.
Pick FAR for targeted detox or Full Spectrum for all-around benefits.

Step 5: Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy uses safe, low-level red wavelengths to promote healing and wellness:

  • Benefits: Boosts skin health (reduces wrinkles, scars), speeds muscle recovery, and eases joint pain or inflammation.
  • How it works: Located in the ceiling and works alongside infrared heat, enhancing your sauna session with full body light therapy.
Choose 'Yes' if you want added skin and recovery benefits, or 'No' if you prefer a simpler sauna experience.

Choose whether your sauna will be installed indoors (inside your home) or outdoors (in your backyard, on your patio, etc.). Outdoor models have extra weatherproofing (insulation, shingles, etc) to handle the elements.

Step 2: Number of People

Choose the number of people who will regularly use the sauna at once. Pro tip: opt for a larger size (like a 3-4 person model) if you want the option to lie down and stretch out in the sauna.

Step 3: Maximum Sauna Dimensions (in inches)

Enter the largest dimensions your sauna can be. Results will show saunas that fit within these limits, ranked from largest to smallest.

Step 4: Sauna Shape

Square/Rectangular: Most common shape, efficient use of space, and fits well against walls.
Barrel: Unique cylindrical design, efficient heat circulation, and often used outdoors.
Pod: Compact, space-saving designs with rounded surfaces.
Rounded Cube: Modern design with softened corners for a contemporary look.

Step 5: Wood Type

Interior Wood:
Exterior Wood (for Outdoor Saunas):

Cedar: Classic choice with a rich aroma, naturally resists moisture and decay.
Hemlock: Pale wood with no scent, smooth, and stable in heat.
Spruce: Light, clean look with subtle knots, traditional for saunas.
Aspen: Knot-free, splinter-free, light color, and nearly scentless.
Alder: Uniform, light reddish-brown, sturdy, and low aroma.
Pine: Often used in thermally treated form for outdoor sauna exteriors.

Step 6: Heater Type

Electric: Easy to use, requires minimal maintenance, and produces consistent heat.
Wood Burning: Traditional experience with the aroma and crackling of burning wood.
Hybrid (Infrared/Electric): Combines traditional electric heaters with infrared technology.

Step 7: Window Options

Windows provide natural light and enhance the sauna experience. Choose your preferred window style:

Full Glass Front: Modern design with maximum natural light and an open feel.
With Windows: Traditional design with one or more windows for natural light.
Glass Door w/ No Windows: Classic design offering maximum privacy and heat retention.
