6Receive Your Letter of Medical Necessity
A licensed provider reviews your survey. If approved, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for your records or to submit to your HSA/FSA administrator.

If your HSA/FSA card has sufficient funds:

- Complete the health survey
- Enter your HSA/FSA card details
- Done! Keep your LMN for tax records
💰 Option B: Pay Now, Submit for Reimbursement
If using a regular credit or debit card:
- Select TrueMed at checkout
- Complete the health survey
- Pay with any major credit or debit card
- Submit your LMN and receipt to your HSA/FSA plan administrator
- Reimbursement is subject to your plan's approval and typically processed within 2–3 weeks

- All health surveys are reviewed by licensed medical professionals
- If approved, your Letter of Medical Necessity is typically issued within 24–48 hours of survey submission
