A licensed provider reviews your survey. If approved, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for your records or reimbursement.

If your HSA/FSA card has sufficient funds:
- Select TrueMed at checkout
- Complete the health survey
- Enter your HSA/FSA card details
- Done! Keep your LMN for tax records
💰 Option B: Pay Now, Get Reimbursed
If using a regular credit card:
- Select TrueMed at checkout
- Complete the health survey
- Pay with your credit card
- Submit your LMN and receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator
- Receive reimbursement (typically 2-3 weeks)
Important Information:
- Eligibility is based on using products to prevent or manage specific health conditions
- All health surveys are reviewed by licensed medical professionals
- Approval typically takes 24-48 hours
